二、招聘需求

管理培训生（销售主管方向）

本岗位为前程无忧武汉分公司储备销售主管，进入公司初期接收专业培训，并进入销售部中的开发部、成长部、业务分析部依次进行轮岗实习，为期6个月；轮岗考核合格人员直接晋升为销售主管。

晋升通道：

管理培训生—销售主管－助理区域经理-区域经理-高级区域经理-总监

任职要求：

1. 2017届985、211全日制本科毕业生，理工、经管类专业；

2.普通话流利，责任心强，有良好的团队合作意识；

3.有学生会任职经验或销售岗位实习经历者优先。

三、薪资福利：

薪资：5000-6000元/月；

工作时间：周一至周五9:00-17:30，周末及法定假日带薪休假

福利：正式员工全年13薪，年终奖金，六险一金、7-10天带薪年假、12天全薪病假、年度体检、员工旅游、员工生日会等；
